Class Registration and Cancellation Policy

Your class will start on time, please be on time and prepared. You will be expected to place your phone on silent so that it won't disrupt the class. Payment is required when you register for a class. When you register, we reserve that space and purchase supplies for you. If you need to cancel, we need at least 7 days advance notice. With 7 days notice, you will receive store credit for your tuition. Otherwise, you will forfeit the tuition. We will not be responsible for calling you to remind you of the class meeting time.

Classes with guest artists are never refundable in any manner.

In the event of class cancellation, you will receive a full refund.

By registering for class, participants give permission for Stained Glass Crafters Workbench to use photographs which my include their image or artwork.

If the class is "plus supplies", only supplies purchased at Stained Glass Crafters Workbench are permitted.  When you buy your tools and supplies at Stained Glass Crafters Workbench, you help ensure that your local stained glass store will be here as a place for fun and learning for many years to come.

Don't Forget!!! If our class schedule does not meet your needs, just let us know. We will create a class for 4 or more and we do private classes to fit your schedule.

Reward Program

Our Reward Program will have some changes effective January 3, 2009. But the basics are still in effect!
  • What does it cost to join ... it is FREE.
  • Do you have to carry a punch card ... No, the computer tracks your progress.
  • All glass and most supply purchased at regular price count toward qualifying, class registration does not qualify.
  • What do you receive after qualifying ... 15% off your next order*! *Some rules apply.
  • You can qualify multiple times monthly or annually!
